Life in Nairobi

ree

On 28th of May 2022 , I Flew to Kenya with my elder daughter and her kids to meet their father and my son in law . Arif has been working in the hospitality industry in Kenya for the past 9 years. Hit by pandemic in the year 2020, my daughter could not go back to this beautiful country where she runs a designer cake boutique and is a renowned cake artist.

I have fallen in love with the simplicity of kenyan people. Warm, hospitable, full of life are just few words to describe them. They have surprised me even more by their tolerance and acceptance for each other's culture and faiths. People from several countries have been living here since ages, the locals are welcoming and will always greet you with a really wide smile.

detailed blog coming up soon......
